Overcoming The Odds
Like the great explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, companies are continuously faced with challenges. Shackleton’s South Polar Expedition met with disaster when his ship was crushed in the ice, leaving 28 men stranded with no hope of survival. Despite those overwhelming odds Shackleton’s brilliant leadership, painstaking organization and indomitable spirit allowed him to leverage the skill and talent of every member of his team and effect the rescue of his entire crew after fifteen months; without losing a man.
