Junior Partners
Learn the Business of Acquisition, Operations, and Growth
The Junior Partner role is designed for ambitious professionals who want direct exposure to business acquisition, owner conversations, due diligence, operations, and long-term value creation.
Junior Partners support Righting Group across deal sourcing, market research, business analysis, outreach, and operational projects. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a career in private equity, entrepreneurship through acquisition, business operations, or small business leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Research industries, companies, owners, and acquisition opportunities
- Support outreach to business owners, intermediaries, and referral partners
- Assist with business valuation, market analysis, and due diligence
- Help evaluate whether a business is a strong fit for Righting Group
- Support operating projects across acquired businesses
- Build relationships with owners, advisors, investors, and operators
- Learn how great businesses are acquired, stabilized, and grown
Who You Are
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and highly motivated
- Comfortable reaching out, asking questions, and building relationships
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Interested in small business, acquisitions, operations, and leadership
- Willing to learn quickly and take ownership of meaningful work

Operating Partners
Lead Businesses Through Their Next Chapter
Righting Group is looking for Operating Partners who can step into leadership roles and help companies grow while protecting what made them successful in the first place.
Operating Partners may support acquired companies, evaluate new opportunities, or help lead a business after ownership transition. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who understand people, process, accountability, and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Help evaluate acquisition opportunities from an operator’s perspective
- Work with owners and leadership teams during transition planning
- Lead or support day-to-day business operations
- Improve systems, reporting, accountability, and team performance
- Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Preserve company culture while strengthening business performance
- Serve as a trusted leader for employees, customers, and partners
Who You Are
- Experienced in business leadership, operations, management, or entrepreneurship
- Comfortable leading teams and making decisions
- Strong at building trust with owners, employees, and customers
- Practical, accountable, and execution-focused
- Able to balance stability with improvement
